Lunera Lighting is at the forefront of a technology transition in commercial lighting. Our management's mission is to save our customers money, improve light quality, and conserve our planet’s resources by changing the way commercial spaces are lit.

This transition from traditional "analog" lighting to a new generation of "digital" LED lighting fixtures requires breadth of experience in lighting, semiconductors, and green building technologies. Lunera has assembled a leadership team that will deliver on the promise of energy efficient LED lighting.

HC Bailly

Chairman of the Board

HC Bailly is the President of RCG Ventures LLC, an early-stage investment company focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies and services. HC is the former chairman of Hagler Bailly, an international management and economic consulting firm to the energy and utility industries. He served as Hagler Bailly's chief executive officer from the firm's founding in 1980 until April 1999.

HC is currently a member of the Advisory Council of the Energy Future Coalition. He has served on the board of directors of numerous energy associations including the United States Energy Association (1990-2001) and the Alliance to Save Energy (1990-2001). In 1999, he received the USEA/Johnson Control Energy Efficiency Award in special recognition for outstanding leadership in energy efficiency.
